At Closets Couture, we strive to provide high-quality services and products to our clients. If you are not satisfied with our services or products, you may be eligible for a refund under the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Refund Policy for Services

​

Clients must request a refund within 10 days from the completion date of the service.

​

Refunds for services are granted at the discretion of the service provider and will be based on fair judgment of the situation.

​

If a project is not completed on time, clients are eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of the quoted amount for any incomplete services.

If there is an issue with the service provided, we will make every effort to correct the problem before issuing a refund.

2. Refund Policy for Products

​

Clients may request a refund for products within 14 days from the date of delivery.

 

Refunds beyond the 14-day period (up to 30 days from delivery) will only be granted if the product is damaged upon arrival.

 

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a refund.

 

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

3. General Refund Terms

 

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@closetscouture.com and must include proof of purchase.

 

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

 

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the request does not meet the stated conditions.
